We offer wrap around care for children either through our own school run Early Birds morning supervision club, or privately run Oasis after school club.
Early Birds Club is run by Otford Primary School and is open to all of our attending pupils in all year groups. Activities include drawing, colouring, puzzles and games, reading and writing and supervised in the Early Birds Room/ Music room in the Victorian building, at the front of the school. The club allows you the opportunity to drop your children off at school a little earlier than normal, to accommodate today's busy lifestyles.
The club is based in the Victorian building at the front of the school, and is open every school day at 8am and runs through to the morning bell at 8.50am, at which time KS1 children are escorted to their playground where the duty members of staff are present and KS2 children walk on to the KS2 playground. Children who are in a reception class are escorted to their classroom at 8.45am.
A session letter is issued for every term and we would ask that ALL sessions are paid for in advance, by completing a reply slip (letter available from the office). The cost of each session is £3.50 and should be paid for through the SIMS Pay website.
Oasis Out of School club is well established here at Otford. It operates from 2 rooms and the nursery within the grounds of Otford County Primary School in Otford, Kent. The setting is open each weekday from 15.30 when the Oasis staff take full responsibility for the children until 18.00 during term time only. All children share access to part of the school playground which is used for outdoor play.
