We are lucky to have such a wonderful outdoor space on our school site including the large field, trees, kitchen garden area and pond and teachers often make use of these to enhance curriculum-based learning. In addition, we were grateful to receive assistance from Dartford Orienteering Klubb in 2021 to establish a permanent orienteering course around the school site which we use both as a standalone and curriculum-linked resource. Below are just some examples of children enjoying our outdoor areas whilst developing their skills and understanding.
